Profile Screening:Experts' LinkedIn profiles are verified, and their skills are assessed through one-on-one interview in the area of their expertise. Experts are then shortlisted based on their experience and skill proficiency.

Expert Training :Shorlisted Experts undergo a 30-minute training session on platform features and skill assessment instructions. They are equipped with the knowledge of how to effectively use the platform and assess skills such as problem-solving approach, subject knowledge,and persuassion skills.

Daily Job Allocation : Each day, candidate interview response videos are shared with ALL the experts to assess their skills .The first expert to lock the job takes ownership. The locked job must be completed within 4 hours else the job is reallocated to other experts for completion.

Monthly Payment: At the end of each month, experts are remunerated based on two factors: the number of questions they have assessed and the duration of candidate videos they have viewed.
