About us

GoPrac (https://www.goprac.com) is a skill development platform. This platform provides a personal coach to students to help them develop soft and technical skills such as confidence, communication skill, problem solving approach, concept understanding & behavioral skills. While several learning platforms exist, there are little to no personal assessment platforms that provide feedback to shape a student’s development. Students who have access to a personal coach are found to have a higher chance of success. GoPrac is, therefore, democratizing access to personal coaching by pooling experts knowledge from across the world on its platform.

About You

As the AI tech lead, you will,

Architect: A good architecture of an AI solution is more important on the methods. You will design the architecture of the solutions.
Develop: You will build the first version of most of the solutions.
Hire: You will build the data science team.

Must Have,

Strong grasp on Statistical techniques to analyze AI models performance
Hands-on experience with writing code for training and fine-tuning deep learning models on sequential data
